    Service Terms

    Introduction

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cleaning services provided by Kiri's Spring Cleaning ("we", "our", "us"). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms. We provide professional cleaning services in Christchurch and nearby areas including Rolleston, Rangiora, Lincoln, Kaiapoi, Prebbleton, and Woodend.

    Quote Validity

    All quotes provided by Kiri's Spring Cleaning are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If the scope of work changes or additional services are required, a revised quote may be provided.

    Property Access

    By booking our services, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property to be cleaned. This includes:

    • Ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled time
    • Providing keys, access codes, or other entry methods as needed
    • Securing pets in a safe area during the cleaning
    • Ensuring a safe working environment free from hazards
    • Notifying us of any safety concerns or special requirements

    Cancellation Policy

    We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

    Liability

    Kiri's Spring Cleaning is fully insured and takes great care when working in your property. However, liability limits apply for accidental damage during service:

    • We are not liable for damage to items that are fragile, unstable, or improperly secured
    • Pre-existing damage or wear must be reported before the clean commences
    • Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
    • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement up to a reasonable value

    We recommend removing or securing valuable and fragile items before the cleaning appointment.

    Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer and cash payments. For regular cleaning clients, invoicing arrangements can be discussed.

    Satisfaction Guarantee

    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with our work, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
